Event Details

Join us in celebrating victims, survivors and those at risk of commercial sexual exploitation (CSE) through several artistic avenues including storytelling, dance, and canvas work. An Artful Affair is a cocktail party infused with interactive art spaces for attendees featuring artwork created by both professional artists and at-risk youth. The night will include a silent auction, hors d'oeuvres, drinks, an interactive graffiti wall, music and more!

An Artful Affair is the opening night for BITAHR’s 2012 Film Forum: Fighting Trafficking Through Film. The forum will screen 8 films and 2 exclusive previews followed by dynamic panel discussions exploring CSE and sex trafficking as human rights violations. The discussions bring together the academic and the activist, the public and the private, the political and the passionate in one space and time to effect change.

We offer a substantial discount to all non-profit employees and students for our Artful Affair. Proof of identification will be required for student tickets at the entrance of the Villa Victoria Center for the Arts.
